AVA at IGI Venice 2010

AVA’s Chief Executive, Nick Langford, will be at IGI Venice 2010 so please do not hesitate to ask any questions about our software or the latest developments and future plans!




Some highlights include:
Super new specialist features from AVA designed for the wallcoverings industry include sophisticated tools for simulating speciality inks. This includes enhancements to the paste white function plus a brand new resist white simulation. AVA customers now also enjoy the ability to simulate multiple wallcovering substrates within a single file. AVA Colour now features a much more customiseable and flexible Quick Colourways page with a new command for automatic creation of colourways from a specific range of colours. A brand new separation technique offers colourists and designers the chance to quickly sample new colour variations. Further measures to improve the communication of files between AVA and Photoshop have also been introduced with the ability to quickly export designs in multiple repeat. Increasing popular with wallcovering designers is AVA’s Dobby Weave module - a simple design tool for creating checks and stripes and unique woven structures which many of AVA’s creative customers have taken from its original (textile based) context to produce amazing wallcovering designs.
