Due to a significant increase in business, AVA is seeking highly motivated, professional and successful sales agents to represent us.

The successful candidates will ideally have experience of both the CAD CAM and Textile and Decorative markets. Reporting directly to AVA's Senior Commercial Manager, the agent will be required to co-design and implement an effective Sales Strategy for each regional market sector (Home Furnishings, Fashion, Wallcoverings, Digital Print, Flooring & Laminates). Based on recent commercial successes as well as the strength of the AVA product, AVA expects agents to have immediate and regular short term successes, bringing in regular new business and developing the long term growth of accounts. AVA will consider roles for regional and national agents as well as requests for market exclusivity.

This is a commission based agent role. Sales training as well as a loaned copy of the software will be provided when necessary. The candidate may be eligible to sell and deliver training to customers, but this will be subject to the agent passing strict AVA Training Evaluation tests.
