With AVA Weave, you can create any Dobby and Jacquard designs, as well as simulating woven textile effects to use in a printed design. The weaving process through our software is quick and simple due to the selection of tools and techniques available. AVA Weave is split into two modules: AVA Checks & Stripes and AVA Jacquard.
AVA Checks & Stripes is ideal to create endless range of dobby woven designs (pinstripe, blankets, etc.). Simulation of ends and picks within the wrap and weft helps greatly when colouring the design. Users have at their disposal an unlimited range of colours and each design has its own individual colour palette. Once a dobby woven design is completed, it can be output to a loom via a cartridge loader. The creation of plaids or checks is so easy with AVA Checks & Stripes.
AVA Jacquard speeds the completion of woven fabric designs from concept to production. All the editing and repeating functions aim at seamlessly integrating design alterations or adjusting repeats. Using one of our separation techniques, quickly divide your woven design into component colours and store all your weave structures within the AVA Weave Library. When the design is finished, export it to a jacquard loom. It couldn't be simpler.
