Instructions for AVA Remote Technical Support
(For use with Safari on OS 10.3.9 or later.)
Launch Safari.
Make sure Block Pop-Up Windows does not have a tick by it. If it does simply select Safari > Block Pop-Up Windows to deactivate.
Type http://www.avacadcam.com/rts into the address bar.
Drag the blue circle in the address bar to your bookmark bar (below) to create a new bookmark and name it AVA RTS.
Click the newly created bookmark.
A screen will appear asking you to install the new eCare installer. Click Accept.
It will now download an installer.
A disk will appear on the desktop.
Double click the RC Installer inside.
It will explain that it will install itself in the Internet Plug-in directory. Select Yes.
Once completed it will tell you it was successful. Click OK.
Quit Safari.
Launch Safari.
Click the bookmark to verify it has loaded.
From now on all you have to do is launch Safari and click the AVA RTS bookmark.
